Actually, we've been dealing for a while. Like 6 months ago, I saw evidence under my kitchen sink, we got 8 mice in 3 days....ewwwwwwwwwwww then none

Then this past week, late at night I'm in the basement on the computer when I notice movement out of the corner of my eye, it was a VERY nervy mouse. It stopped in the middle of the floor, looked around then ran under the doorway to my hubby's office. While I was sitting still trying not to get the mices attention I hear something to my other side where all my scrapbook stuff is and found evidence of another mouse ewwwwwww We got the nervy one that night after I set out a sticky trap but there's more...and I'm VERY close to burning the place down.Cristinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17060142095952032985noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8806772368713043472.post-61479842095624687242008-08-28T21:01:00.000-06:002008-08-28T21:01:00.000-06:00Had them at our house in the desert in Cali, they ...Had them at our house in the desert in Cali, they were free with the house when we bought it. The glue traps got them. At this house they were living in the bushes (instead of the kitchen). The poison food got rid of them, and then we got rid of the bushes!Soxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12698256338800746492noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8806772368713043472.post-24376372306988507332008-08-28T19:23:00.000-06:002008-08-28T19:23:00.000-06:00Freak! Anyone wanna take a gander at what the grand total will be? Keep in mind the amount of dog food they had stored.

My guess is it will be 12. Those traps seem like a much better idea than Tony taking out the B-Bee gun when we saw 2 of them scooting around our kitchen when we lived in Cali. However, he did kill one but we had lot's of pin holes in the kitchen from BB
s flying all over. As we lay in bed at night we hear their very busy feet dancing over our heads. Running all over the place like they were having a party. It totally creeped me out. We got advice from several mice haters who told us to buy the dry mice food/poison and put it in our garage. The mice are in the attic people--why the garage? Evidentally they like to frolic in the attic at night but go elswhere to find food as there is NONE in the attic. OK, now this is the truth. A few days later--we're pulling in to the driveway--the garage door goes up--we freeze in our tracks. In the middle of the garage a very fat mice/rat is deader than a doornail. SCORE !! The food/poison box is 1/2 empty. The theory is they eat the food--get very thirsty and go OUTSIDE to find water so they don't die in your walls and stick up the place. After reading your blog---I like your way better. Kill em quick--take a gander--enjoy your kill and dump em in the trash. Happy trapping/killing.Carolhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09627935068030133723noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8806772368713043472.post-22206627296913060552008-08-28T15:21:00.000-06:002008-08-28T15:21:00.000-06:00Just a hunch here but I'm thinking that was not th...Just a hunch here but I'm thinking that was not the chief warrior ant. Then I'd suggest tossing a few 25cent insurance policies down there before the situation gets out of hand.

We don't have mice issues here in the hot desert, but I've had my share of cockroach and ant problems--very gross and very hard to get rid of, we ate out for like 2 months. Ants are ballzie little buggers. The chief warrior ant would run across the kitchen floor and bite my toe every morning. Of course, they'd have to elect a new chief warrior the next day, if you know what I mean. ::evil laugh::Ehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18327110010939707655noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8806772368713043472.post-32011094283846556372008-08-28T13:47:00.000-06:002008-08-28T13:47:00.000-06:00Dang.
