It's Their Own Fault

I get home from the grocery store and go to put some things in the cupboard.  I start moving some boxes around to make room and I discover THIS:

ALL. EMPTY.

I hope they like peanut butter on a spoon and canned peaches for a snack.

Hmmm this seems eerily familiar. I'm guessing moms around the world suffer from "why in the heck did you not tell me we're out" syndrome. I let my kids suffer with no snacks for like ...a whole day before I go fix their problem...I'm nice like that, plus that is about as much whining I can handle. They usually learn their lesson...till next time.

I have the exact same problem with those exact same boxes. We are bosom buddies.

That is so funny! I think those snacks would me in more danger in my home of my closet eating than even my kiddos. Your kids are lucky you buy them so many great snacks.

I hope you have good dental insurance with those fruit snack things. At least your colons are all cleaned out with the empty Fiber One bar box.

Peanut butter on a spoon and canned peaches is Exactly the kind of stuff we snacked on when I was a kid...or a 'cheese' single on a slice of white bread, warmed up in the microwave. That's nuts that that is true. Empty boxes, bags and things tick me off. Happens ALL the time around here.

So my wifey immediately transfers the snacks to clear stackable containers so she can easily see when they are low or out. Plus it keeps the ants away. Don't feel bad... she's had many more years of mom training than you. Someday you could prolly be a super-mom too.

Oh, she coupons too. Should I tell you about all the money she saves??

you have more empty boxes in your pantry than I have full.

Markie, we don't have ants cuz we live in modern society. Plus unnecessary plastic containers are bad for the environment. I'm quite green.

(PS Yer mean)

Markie burned you bad.

This has been happening to you since you had kids. And you still have the same kids. So. Go with the bins.

Peanut butter on a spoon is the bestest snack, anyway. :0) And Meg must be deprived, I don't buy any of those things. Too 'spensive and no one takes double coupons here. She eats peanut butter on a spoon, or an apple, or an orange.

Good Moms go get the snacks outta the box for their kids. So they know when the box is empty. Just sayin. I always knew when we were out of gum.

Darn you Markie Mark and your obsession with my blog. It's like you never forget a word I say or something.
