Too cute. How did he know the words to that songs? Did you tiVo that geek singing and watch it over and over? Oh my gosh you did! I remember that "pencil salesman" guy and I did not vote for him. It is sweet that you had a crush on him, though.
That was AWESOME!!!! I now wish I had filmed Sarah as a baby, completely silent and glued to the TV during Katharine McPhee's rendition of Somewhere Over the Rainbow. We replayed that a million times, because she would immediately stop what she was fussing about and watch.
Excuse me Eeka... if you're going to attempt to insult me do it right. JPL looked like a PEN SALESMAN and had the personality of a mouse. Geesh. And we loved that little hobbit. It was the return mish vibe he gave us from the get go.
k.. i have to say, we LOVED jpl, and voted for him as much as we could!! in fact, i completely lost interest in the season when he was voted off.. i still watched, but halfheartedly, and didn't care if i missed parts, or even episodes.. in fact, i'm not sure i watched the finale..
That is all I needed...I didn't even know it existed, but, yeah, that was it.
That was the good old days of American Idol, when you sat and watched and thought to yourself that you knew five people that were better than every single one of the people on the show (including yourself, cause everyone thinks they are good enough to be on AI). I used to watch it back then...old school. I had to be ready for it. So many good memories of '04. That is the year we got our Tivo. Did you know Jespy got it for us. You should be nice to that girl. She buys things...expensive things for the ones she loves. I wonder if she knows I don't have an i phone yet. Casually mention it to her. K. Thanks.
Whoa, he's good. My only concern is how many times poor Jbrid had to be subjected to "drift away" to get the words down. No likely. I loved JPL tho, cuz of his return mish nerd vibe.
And Katie, of course I'll buy you an iPhone, as soon as the economy picks up!
We didn't subject him to anything. He insisted. We were the first people we knew who had Tivo, by the way. We were having a weekly dessert contest at our house at this time (I know, ambitious) and people would come over and watch AI again and again like it was magic.
