Ha! Gotcha! No, no, no... I am not going to dedicate an entire post to my new BFF, Anon. That's what he/she asked me to call her/him, btw. He/she is just trying to make the world a better place and apparently this is how he/she figured he/she could do it best I guess.

'S ok. No prob.

No, see what I'm going to blog about today is my upcoming schedule. I'd hate for you to have to detox from Landeeland with out any warning so here is your warning.

Thursday: Getting ready all day for the big Fall Event at the elementary school. We're expecting 1,000 peeps? Yeah, so I gotsta decorate & pick stuff up & do some meditation/self-medication so I don't jump off a cliff, do laundry & pack. I doubt my blogging will suffer though. I'm an excellent multi-tasker.

Friday: Wake up at the bumcrack of dawn, do my Fave Foto Friday post & head to Utah (wazzup my Utah homies!!!). We are going to a reunion of sorts of some of our college friends. We're staying at one of the friend's cabin in Heber on Friday (after dropping off our kids at The Wheatley's house-- that's what you get for moving away Wheatleys!). This is the day when you probably should go back and read old posts of mine or find old comments I've made on your own blogs so you don't get the shakes from withdrawls. If you need to, call your sponsor to get you through the tough times.

Saturday: Going to the Homecoming game at the BY. Apparently the rule is that I have to have authentic BYU paraphernalia for the game so I guess a stop at the bookstore will be in order before the game (it draws me to it anyway so I'll just go willingly this time). Then we'll head to the Wheats & stay there. Also going to be a tough blogging day. Luckily Saturdays are kinda slow anyway. So yeah, in honor of me don't post this day so I won't miss anything, mmkay?

Sunday-Wed: Staying at the Wheatleys, doing creepy drivebys past Annie & MM's houses, toiletpapering Markie's house & eating at Training Table.

Wed-Thurs: Heading up to Logan to get my hurr did. I heart my girl up there. She is soooo good and is soooo cheap. It's almost worth it to just fly to Logan to get my hair done sometimes. Anyway, I'm in desperate need (I've put it off a good 3 weeks longer than I should because I knew we were going out there) so that's going to be in my top 3 fave activities of the trip for sure.

Fri: Driving home.

Sat-October 23: Business as usual.

October 23-26: Magic

Were you just making fun of people that can't spell? My sister can't spell very good, and I would like to protect her. So stop it, please.
Sounds like a good couple weeks coming up for you. Especially that last thing. It could be called the Grand Fanale!

Tiffers, Do me a fave and eat at Cafe Rio in Provo--anything will do. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water. Here's another idea. Whilst at the bookstore buy me one of those Y window decals for my new Outlook. It's oval shaped with a Y--that's it. Bring to Em in Seattle--you see where I'm going with this. I'll send money with Em. Great idea!! Thanks so much.

That's all? You must be some kind of sissy. I could do all that, and post something spectacular, and loose weight, and turn the economy around. Consider yourself challenged!

Katie said...

You like that? Loose weight? I meant lose weight.

I would like to recommend the sweet pork salad at Cafe Rio. Trust me.

I am not happy about your schedule. But I like the magical event. Sounds magical. Do they sell capes in UT? I bet yes. You better get one.

K--I love your pic. Anything to get me more face time, ya know?

I will be taking my laptop & if I find wifi anywhere I'll be on in less than a heartbeat. Like, a hay-heartbeat.

Did I misspell words? Freak Amy. You are starting to make me feel mildly retarded.

Aunt Visor, Done & done. (it very much WILL be the sweet pork salad, tyvm).

I'm thinking a homemade cape will be better... then I can customize with inside pockets & appliques. I'll stop by the Quilted Bear and see if there is a cape booth though, just in case.

::huge annoyed sigh:: Don't you have priorities? Freak.

Well, alright then. I s'pose I'll get by. Jenny, can you send me some of those magic pills? ::snicker::

ps. I am sooooooo jealous you are going to the homecoming game. When you do the fight song, think of me.

K, so you know you can just come to the door and knock right? And there just happens to be a Cafe Rio within walking distance of my house. OK, well maybe not walking distance but I would actually be willing to drive the 10 miles to get a live look at you Landee. So I guess what I'm saying is you know how to find me if you want. ::hint, hint::

oooh - think of me at cafe rio too !! That is only if you get the creamy tomatillo dressing on that salad though !! I get to go the end of the month (a quick trip for my nephew's baptism) and my kids have already asked "how many times can we have cafe rio in our 48 hour stay ?" I'm thinking at least 3 maybe more if we can find the one in Vegas - no ?

Carol said...

Holy canoli--there's one in Vegas? Why have I not been told this information. Next time we go to see Nick and Lori I'm all over it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just did some extensive research and there is one in Henderson.

Annie... what if you show up and I'm completely lamerz & barely speak. Won't that burst your bubble/impression of me? This is a lot of pressure....

We got landee!?! Cool!! Speaking of cool... prepare for lots of it. It going to be COLD on Saturday. Forecasters are saying we may get our first valley snow. I doubt it, but it will at least be windy, rainy, and very cold!
Cafe Rio is definitely a must. I like the chicken salad myself, and the tomatillo dressing is the best!
Now... and listen carefully... I don't want to see blogs next week of the visit you had with Annie and MM, and I wasn't invited. If there is to be a gathering of the Utah chapter of Smart Remarks I want to be there! I mean it. If all I end up with is toilet paper on my lawn I am going to be very flanked off!
Also, you will get multi-tasker of the year if you can do all that and blog too. Enjoy the game. I will be watching from my warm cozy recliner!

One more thing... you might as well save yourself some postage and just deliver that Poo Loaf in person.

I will be totally offended if (since you are all ready out and about) you don't drive up to Idaho one of those days to say hi. I will be waiting.....

My favortie part of my trip to BYU 2 weeks ago was the bookstore. Mostly because I could get whatever I wanted. It just made me feel Great. When I was there as a student I would just walk in and drool over all the things I wanted and didn't have money for. Trust me, I made up for it and then some this time. Hee,Hee! Have Fun!

Markie23 said...

Did I mention I get 20% off at the bookstore? :o)

Emily said...

Crazy schedule girl! What will we do with no Landee for 3 days? And, my sis might actually get to meet you face to face?? No fair!

Landee said...

Sara, I will be in ID for Thanksgiving. Dinner at your house? Good, I'll plan on it.

I would LOVE to get together with y'all! I will be at the mercy of Mrs. Wheatley (she usually plans each day to the minute) but I'll see what I can do.

20% off? Was that a statement or an offer. Sounds to me like I need to get a BYU Eskimo coat for Saturday's game. Brrrrrr...

Markie23 said...

Here's a suggestion... we all meet for a late lunch on Saturday somewhere close to the Y, like The Brick Oven. Then after lunch you can go to the bookstore, and then to the game. Yes, I'd even tag along to the bookstore if you want, in case you want to buy a big ticket item for 20% off.
Have your people call my people!

Holy flank. I'm gonna be in Id for Thanksgiving, too! Lets meet at Sara's house. Should we invite Amy or Katie?(<--Amy and Katie, don't read that)
