Results Show: Pity Me No More

I need a new pic for my phone wallpaper now.

First of all, I watched the show at Stands house. She made the most delicious of all delicious lasagnas which I proceeded to stuff myself with. The BEST garlic bread (she used a RECIPE for the garlic bread, you gize... it was so dang good). And then I stuffed myself into a painful state eating two pieces of strawberry whip cream topped angel food cake (which was now store bought after THIS INCIDENT-- lollerz). So so so good. I was in a merry mood, as you can imagine.

Then a major harshing of my mellow, the ensemble number. Um.... they need to go back to lip syncing. They sounded TERRIBLE. Abysmal. And uttah mess. The only thing that might have been a worse performance tonight was Kelly Pickler. Yikes she sounded bad.

Flo Rida was fun but his change of the lyrics to one of my favorite BYU dances songs had me blushing in mixed company. This is a family show, AI.

Bottom Three: Anoop (saddy face), Lil (way happy face), Blindy (happiest face evah).

I was glad that a) my wishful thinking paid off (The Secret works, you gize! Just like Oprah said!) and b) no more of that hair. Wow. It was so bad tonight. Worse than ever. It looked way better at his audition. That stylist needs to be fired.

You wanna know who the happiest people are tonight tho?

The choreographers of the ensemble numbers and the directors of the Ford commercials.

PS Which two judges do you think wanted to keep Blindy?

The two judges who wanted to keep Blindy were Helen Keller and Marlee Matlin. And I still manage to burst out laughing every time I see that picture.

The funny thing is that I've been hoping for him to leave for forever, and then when he actually left, I shed a tear. PMS?
I think I'm going to have to make some lasagna now... that whole meal sounded dEEElish.

I count on your commentary to keep me up to date with AI world. Thanks. I am glad blindy is gone too.

Totally fun last night. Totally. Modestly, I must say you are giving me WAY too much credit for dinner. On the other hand, I am giddy at how good the lasagna turned out, despite the cake disaster. You ooohed and ahhhed just the way I instructed you to. Thank you. :D

I'm so laughing at the mental picture of the choreographers heaving a sigh of relief and dropping into a chair, exhausted. I'd love to say more, but I have SO much to do today to get ready for my trip for Easter. See you later!!!!

P.S. Paula and Ckara. For sure.

I am thinking one of the judges that wanted to save him was Simon for sure. He has a soft spot for the disabled. The judges did have me sweating bullets for a minute while trying to decide if they should save him. That save needs to be reserved for one of MY favorites, not theirs.

Poor Paula was fur sur one that wanted to keep "Blind Boy". I was so happy I was brought out of my blog depression.

Answer: None of them. It was all a very annoying act. VERY ANNOYING... not to mention, cruel to the blind.

haha can I just tell you how much I love your American Idol posts?? They're too fantastic. LOVE them!! Ah. I am pretty sure the only reason I watch AI is so when I read your posts I know what you're talking about. So fun!

I am with ourfamily. Totally surprised I was sad about it.

Also obviously it was the two ladies. They shoulda saved him too because America would have voted him out anyway and they could have looked like the nicest people on the planet. Thank goodness Simon does have some sense tho.

Okay breathe I can't even finish reading because you said blindy. I am seriously laughing me butt off. Oh my --I was glad that he didn't have enough pity votes. Although I was glad that his hair moved a couple decades up in the few weeks he was on the show. Maybe if he was on the show longer the fro might have made it past 1980.
Okay back to reading the rest Thanks for the laugh. Your family get togethers must be killer
